How unsubscribes work

Every message carries a working unsubscribe link. One tap and it is done, with no login and no "are you sure".

It takes effect immediately and also cancels anything already scheduled for that person. Somebody who unsubscribes on Tuesday will not receive a message that was queued on Monday, because consent is checked at the moment of sending.

You cannot put somebody back on the list from your side. There is no control for it and there will not be. If they want to hear from you again, they can tick the box next time they sign in on your Wi-Fi.

An unsubscribe stops the marketing. It does not delete the person. If they have asked for that as well, see "A customer asks to be removed".
