Sending guest activity to other tools

Webhooks come with Max. Integrations, then Webhooks, lets you send two things to a web address of your own as they happen: a guest signing in, and a guest leaving feedback.

Every request is signed, so your system can check it came from us. It is retried if it fails, and logged so you can see what happened. The Webhook reference page lists exactly what is sent, for whoever builds the receiving end.

Zapier, Make and n8n can all receive a webhook and pass it on to other tools. The Integrations page has the steps.

On every plan you can also download your customer list as a CSV, for tools that do not take a webhook.
