Turning automations on and off
Five of them. Each has a switch, a timing and wording you can replace.

There are five, and only five. No builder, no canvas, no triggers to wire together.
Welcome message. A short hello the first time somebody signs in. This is the only one that starts switched on.
Thank you. Thanks them for coming in, the morning after they visit.
Review invitation. Asks for a review once they have left.
We have not seen you in a while. An offer to people who have not been back for a month.
First-timer follow-up. Sent three days after someone’s first visit.
The switch on the right of each row saves the moment you press it. There is no Save step and no confirmation.
Edit timing and wording opens a panel with a preview of the real email beside it, updating as you type. You can change:
When it sends. A list of sensible gaps rather than a free-text box. Each one shows "Recommended" next to our suggestion.
Subject line and Message. Leave either blank to keep our standard wording. Your branding, your venue name and the unsubscribe link are added for you and cannot be removed.
Offer. Only on "We have not seen you in a while" and "First-timer follow-up", because those are the two that are meant to carry one.
Nothing sends to somebody who did not opt in, and that is checked at the moment of sending, not when the message was queued. Somebody who unsubscribes on Monday will not get a Tuesday message that was already lined up.
The review invitation cannot be set sooner than a day after the visit. That floor is not a suggestion and the list will not offer you anything shorter. Google’s guidance is that you should not ask people for a review while they are still on your premises.

If this did not solve it
Send us a message. Tell us the venue name and what you were doing when it went wrong, and a person will reply.
