Moving, replacing or returning the box
Tell us before you move it. A box paired to the wrong venue shows the wrong page.
Moving it within your venue is fine. Unplug, move, plug back in. Nothing to reconfigure.
Moving it to a different venue is not. Each box is paired to one venue in our system, so it would show your other site’s page and file the sign-ups under the wrong place. Tell us and we will re-pair it in about ten seconds.
If it fails, we post a replacement. You plug it in and type the code from its sticker into your dashboard. No visit required.
If you cancel, post it back within thirty days. It stays our property while you are a customer.
