What to have ready
Three things, none of them technical.
A spare router socket and a power socket in the customer area. The preconfigured box is assigned before dispatch. Your staff and business Wi-Fi stays as it is; only your old guest Wi-Fi, if you have one, is switched off.
Your logo, as a PNG, JPEG, SVG or WebP file, up to 2 MB. Straight off your Facebook page is fine.
Access to your Margovy dashboard, so you can finish branding and business preferences and continue setup when the box is connected.
That is genuinely everything. You do not need an IT person, a network diagram or to know what any of your equipment is called. If your router has its own guest Wi-Fi, you will need your router login once, to switch it off.
