Getting started

Finding your way around the dashboard

Nine things in the sidebar, grouped into what you look at and what guests see.

The dashboard when you first sign in.
The dashboard when you first sign in.

The sidebar is the whole product. On a phone or a small laptop it hides behind the menu button at the top.

Things you look at:

Overview. Wi-Fi visits, contacts, marketing opt-ins and returning customers for the period you pick, a chart of daily visitors, your busiest times, your latest sign-ups, and the on and off switch.

Customers. Everyone who has signed up, and the Export button.

Automations. The five follow-up messages, and the switch for each.

Reviews. Feedback guests have sent you privately, and any public reviews we hold.

Analytics. Sends, opens and clicks for the messages your automations have sent.

Order more. Table stands, beer mats, flyers, posters and pocket cards.

Things guests see:

Your page. The screen they get before they connect: your logo, colours, welcome message and layout.

After sign-in. The screen they get once they are online, where you can point them at your menu, your bookings or your socials.

And then Settings, on its own below the rest, because it is somewhere you go during setup and rarely after. Your box, your web address, your plan and your card all live there.

At the bottom of the sidebar are Help, which is this, and Sign out. There is also a chat button in the bottom corner of every page. That is our support assistant. It can see whether your box is reporting and how your account is set, so it usually knows the answer before you have finished asking.
