Your guest pages

Changing your logo, colours and wording

Dashboard, then Wi-Fi sign-in page. Your changes save as a draft until you publish.

Everything you can change is on one screen, with a live preview of the real page beside it. Your changes save themselves as a draft that guests do not see. Press Publish changes when you are happy with it, or Discard changes to go back to what is live. Undo and redo step back through what you changed.

The settings are in tabs. Look is the first.

Logo. PNG, JPEG, SVG or WebP, up to 2 MB. A transparent PNG looks best on a coloured background.

Layout. One page puts everything on one card, the quickest sign-in. Step by step asks one question at a time. Cinematic puts your video or photo across the whole screen, with each question rising over it.

Design. Classic is a white card on a soft background. Bold puts your colours first. Minimal is left-aligned and the quickest to get through. Photo puts your own photo behind the page. Video loops a short silent clip over your colours, with no photo needed, and a guest on a weak signal, or whose phone cannot play it, sees your colours instead. Photo and Video are kept separately, so you can switch between them without uploading again. Under Cinematic the choices are Colour, Photo or Video.

Heading font and colours. Pick a heading font from the list, shown in your venue name. We suggest a palette from your logo, then you set the primary and secondary colours by hand if you want. We check your primary colour for contrast, so you cannot end up with white text on yellow.

The other tabs are Words (your headline and the line under it), Fields (the questions you ask, see the next article), Consent (the tick boxes guests see, read-only) and Saved looks, where you keep a look you like and apply it again later. On Max there is also a Test tab, which shows two versions of your page to different guests so you can see which gets more sign-ups.

A photo of your own room works better than a stock photo of a laptop. Avoid anything with writing on it, because the sign-in box sits on top.
