How returning customers are counted

A guest counts as returning when they sign in again with an email address you already hold. That is how you tell a regular from a first-timer. Seeing who is a regular is part of Plus and Max.

Guests type their email each time they sign in. The box does not remember a phone and fill the form in for them, so a returning guest sees the same form as anyone else.

Two things worth knowing. Somebody who signs in with a different email address counts as a new guest. And a regular who uses one address on their phone and another on their laptop counts as two.
