Who is responsible for guest data
You are the controller. We are your processor.
In data protection terms you are the data controller for your guests and we are your processor. We hold their details on your behalf and act on your instructions.
What that means practically: you decide what to send and who to send it to. We cannot decide to do something else with your customers’ details, and we never market to them ourselves.
You should have a privacy notice. Ours links from your splash page and covers what we do with the data; yours should cover what you do with it.
