How billing works

Margovy has three plans, priced per venue per month: Grow at £29, Plus at £39, and Max at £49. Venue size adds to that. Small, up to about 150m² on one floor, costs just the plan price. Medium, about 150 to 400m² on one floor, adds £10 a month, and Large, over 400m² or more than one floor, adds £20, because bigger sites need more equipment. Every venue gets the same box. Medium venues also get a Wi-Fi extender, and Large venues get two.

Pay monthly, or yearly for 2 months free. Annual billing costs ten months for twelve, on whichever plan and size you have chosen. Billed in advance either way.

The box is part of the price and stays our property while you are a customer. If it fails through no fault of yours, we replace it and you pay nothing.

No contract, cancel any time. There is no minimum term and no setup fee.

Not for you? Send the box back in the first 30 days and we refund what you paid. After that, cancel any time. You keep it to the end of the period you paid for. Part months are not refunded.

On a monthly plan, enter FIRSTMONTHFREE at checkout and your first month is free. Your card goes on file when you order, and the first charge is for your second month. Yearly plans have no free month, because they are already ten months for twelve. The 30-day guarantee above covers either.

Settings, then Plan and billing, is where all of this lives. It shows your plan and what it costs, lets you switch to any of the three, and lets you move between monthly and yearly. Payment details and invoices has an Open Stripe button that opens a secure page run by Stripe, our payment provider, where your card details are held. We never see them.
