Your Virgin Media Hub can’t do this on its own
The Virgin hub cannot show a welcome page on its own, but it does have a setting that lets another box handle it. That makes it one of the easier ones to upgrade later.
That’s not a fault, and it isn’t Virgin Media being awkward. A hub sent to a home has no reason to show a branded welcome page to strangers, so it can’t.
Which is why we bring the equipment. It arrives set up, plugs into the hub you already have, and takes about twenty minutes.

The box arrives already configured for your venue. It connects to your Virgin Media Hub with a single cable and becomes the Wi-Fi your guests join.
Your tills and card machines stay on the Virgin Media Hub, on their own network, so guests are never on the same network as your payment equipment.
