Challenge

The Webinar Vet had a loyal UK subscriber base and a world-class content library, but international growth had stalled. Subscription pricing, funnel UX, and regional positioning hadn’t been rebuilt for a global audience. Worse, a 3,000-hour back catalogue of webinars was sitting mostly invisible to search.

Approach

We led a full international expansion programme: redesigned subscription models for 150+ regional markets with flexible pricing and on-site trials, and rebuilt the positioning to speak to practising vets in each region. SEO and content got a step-change from AI-driven transcription of the full back catalogue (3,000 hours of accessible, indexable content) plus schema, technical fixes, and a pillar-page strategy.

On the events side, we orchestrated the world’s largest online veterinary congress, driving 18,000 registrations through an integrated paid, email, PR and partner push.

Outcome

International subscriptions climbed 51%, UK subscriptions 20%, CAC dropped 14%, and CPL dropped 17%, all while webinar views grew 41% year on year. The business went from “UK-first with some exports” to genuinely serving 160+ countries.
