Photobox and Moonpig were running large, established search marketing programmes across the UK and international markets, with seven-figure annual ad budgets and aggressive ROAS targets. The challenge wasn’t launch. It was sustained efficiency at scale: maintaining incremental growth in mature markets while protecting margin in seasonal peak.
Approach
We led PPC across both brands with a budget exceeding £1 million annually, working directly with Google on product updates and beta features to maximise ad performance ahead of competitors. SEM bidding strategies were rebuilt for efficiency, account structures streamlined, and international campaigns aligned to a single coordinated playbook.
In parallel we coordinated with an in-house SEO agency partner to hit organic ranking targets and on-site optimisation, ensuring search efforts across paid and organic told the same story across every market.
Outcome
