Challenge
Monaco Solicitors had a capable marketing programme, but cost per lead was creeping up, lead quality was variable, and the online reputation signal was underweight versus the firm’s actual client outcomes. Paid and organic needed to pull together, and the team needed a clearer picture of what was actually working.
Approach
We partnered with the CEO and operations team to rebuild the full acquisition stack across SEO, PPC, PR, referral and email, all under one coordinated programme. Alongside that we deployed AI-powered dashboards (GA4, Pipedrive, custom reporting) tracking CPL, Good Enquiry %, and lawyer-level case conversion daily.
The reputation piece was fixed with a systematic review automation, and CRO sprints tightened the critical forms, navigation, and popups. We also co-designed the launch of Grapple Law, a sister AI-powered legal venture, from positioning through site build.
Outcome
CPL dropped 13% year-on-year while lead volumes and spend held steady. Good Enquiry % climbed 6 points. Five-star Google reviews doubled inside two months, and complaints dropped 20% versus the previous quarters. The firm now has a marketing function that can prove its own ROI every morning.
