Challenge
Clothes2Order had strong product-market fit but fragmented cross-channel messaging and a conversion rate that wasn’t keeping up with traffic. SEO, PPC, paid social, and email were each doing sensible things in isolation, but not compounding.
Approach
We led the international digital marketing programme across every channel, harmonising the positioning so SEO, paid, social and email told the same story in the same voice. Alongside that we stood up an in-house UI/UX function to improve the on-site experience, and introduced advanced reporting and attribution so every decision had data behind it.
Outcome
Revenue grew 120% year on year. Conversion rate climbed 25% off the back of the new UX and design capability. The brand went from cross-channel fragmentation to a single, compounding growth engine.
